Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PixTags, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

PixTags provides AI-generated metadata (titles, descriptions, keywords) for images uploaded by users. The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular platform or purpose.

3. Your content

You retain full ownership of any images you upload. By uploading images, you grant PixTags a limited licence to process them for the purpose of generating metadata.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any images you submit. Do not upload images that are illegal, infringe third-party rights, or violate any applicable law.

4. Credits and subscriptions

Free accounts receive 20 credits on sign-up. Paid plans provide a monthly credit allowance as described on the pricing page. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused credits or partial months.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use PixTags to process illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, resell access to the service, or interfere with its operation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixTags is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
